General Introduction
This meeting mainly discusses the overall design and implementation process for introducing an AI Chatbot at Cooperative Treasury, including document inventory, knowledge base construction, model testing, and system deployment monitoring. It particularly emphasizes that in addition to technical aspects, organizational operations and personnel training need to be considered as non-technical factors.
Project Process Overview
1. System Differentiation Design (Document Inventory and Process Planning)
This stage primarily involves an inventory of Cooperative Treasury's existing business processes and further optimization suggestions for future AI Chatbot integration. It highlights the role shifts expected in branches, headquarters, and IT department personnel under new processes.
2. Document Collection and Knowledge Base Construction
At this stage, a knowledge base will be established based on documents collected during the initial phase, with data processing to ensure effective AI training later on. Maintenance mechanisms such as personnel allocation and system update frequencies must also be determined.
3. Model Testing and Validation
This phase includes functionality testing and compliance testing, aimed at verifying whether the constructed model can correctly respond to business questions while meeting company regulatory requirements.
4. System Deployment Monitoring & Training
After AI systems are tested and integrated, regular monitoring of their operational status is required along with training for users to ensure smooth application in actual work environments. There should also be mechanisms for evaluating and improving user experience.
System Architecture
The project employs a hybrid system architecture combining cloud-based and on-premises solutions, mainly divided into LAN Zone, DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), and external service providers sections. Key components include AP servers, Web servers, databases, and Azure Cache.
Training & Organizational Operations
Seed Member Training Program
The project is expected to compile ten course modules covering AI knowledge management, business process analysis, PROM engineering practices, asset inventory, and maintenance among other aspects. This series of courses aims at enhancing employees' understanding and application abilities regarding AI technology within Cooperative Treasury.
Inventory & Development of AI Talent
This project also considers the future need for expanding AI professionals by conducting an internal talent status analysis with proposed specific training or recruitment strategies based on outcomes.
Conclusion & Outlook
Through this introduction plan, Cooperative Treasury is expected to establish a high-efficiency and compliant AI Chatbot system. It will enhance internal process efficiency while promoting further digital transformation.
