Challenges and Strategies for the Kaohsiung Team

Recently, our team in Kaohsiung has faced some changes. Firstly, colleagues Lingyu and Heilen will be leaving the company, which is a coincidence and somewhat unexpected for A-Yu. Despite this, A-Yu decided to strive to maintain optimal conditions to cope with these changes.

In this context, the Kaohsiung team is working on two projects: one being the BGM (Business Management Group) project and the other being the preparation for a full sports event. Currently, we are seeking more convenient ways to advance the BGM project's progress. Additionally, a new committee will take over the work in the second half of the year, meaning that Yulin no longer needs to work for A-Yu.

Facing these challenges, our plan is to maintain the current status quo during the first half and address potential human resource issues arising from the SAP module's launch in the second half. At this point, the relationship between Liangjing and A-Yu has become a topic of discussion, as Liangjing primarily handles development integration and cannot manage other tasks simultaneously.

To solve this problem, we are considering collaborating with consulting companies to ensure our team can master the technology. Additionally, we need to find more reasonable human resource allocation solutions to address these challenges.
